Executive Summary
HB Power LLc has been in business for 4 years with a staff that consists of over 50 years in its related
fields. HB Power LLc has primarily focused in the Oil & Gas Industry and has been profitable every
year in business. Our core focus has been that of professional services in the refurbishing and
build-out of key electrical components required for the industries on and offshore drilling
platforms.
HB is accustomed to change in the industry. By any measure, we are not the same as we were
when we opened nor will we be the same tomorrow. We have grown through transition of the
market place and find new and innovative ways to produce revenues in order to thrive in an ever
changing society. One thing is for certain, we will not change our brand of responsiveness to our
customers.
HB produced 1.6 Million in revenues in 2008. These revenues were satisfactory for our vision of
maintaining an adequate work load while meeting and exceeding our client’s timelines and scope
of work.
For 2009, planning is in place to expand our services into the wind power industry. Not only is
the industry growing beyond expectations, the local, state and federal governments are
demanding this industry deliver substantial megawatt increases into the various grids across the
US. This expansion for HB as MUSTANG WIND SOLUTIONS LLc will allow for
continued growth and demand for our services.
In addition based on the geographical location of MUSTANG WIND SOLUTIONS LLc, with
multiple warehouse facilities, we can cover a large segment of the market where demand is the
highest. In addition, this strategy will decrease down time, decrease windshield time, and
decrease costs to the client and MUSTANG WIND SOLUTIONS LLc.
It has been determined that several areas of service and support within the wind power
environment cross over to our existing offerings. The generators used on the wind platforms are
the same as we work on today. (4160) (600) (ABB, GE, Etc) Connectivity or lead connections are
all inclusive to one another and the switchgear is virtually the same but with a variety of voltage
requirements.
We have key personnel on staff with multiple years of experience in order to launch this
expansion. These individuals are well aware of the requirements and guidelines for the industry to
meet the current demands of the clients.
